We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team in Halton. This role is well-suited to someone with experience in property transactions who can manage a busy caseload and support solicitors with a variety of property-related matters.
- Assisting with commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation including leases, licences, and contracts
- Supporting with enquiries, searches, and title reviews
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate files and case management systems
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, local authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property law and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in commercial property law is essential
- Strong knowledge of property transactions, leases, and related documentation
- Ideally, experience working within or alongside a local authority environment
- Excellent drafting, research, and administrative skills
- Ability to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Legal qualification or equivalent paralegal experience preferred
- Competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour
