  • Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
  • You'll play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high-quality legal services, and driving business growth.
  • Lead and supervise a high‑performing commercial property team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their development.
  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including leases, sales, purchases and re‑mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
  • Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm’s regional reputation.
  • Strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems.
