A legal firm in Devizes is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with over 5 years of PQE in private client work. This role involves advising clients on inheritance and capital gains tax planning, drafting trust documents, and administering complex deceased estates. Private Client Solicitor - Agriculture & Landed Estates - Devizes - 5+ Years PQE
Location: Devizes
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our busy Agriculture & Landed Estates Team in Devizes. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced partners and a friendly, supportive team, assisting with an established caseload while also managing matters independently. The role will involve advising clients on tax planning, inheritance, and capital gains tax savings, providing tax‑efficient solutions for passing wealth to future generations, and advising on the formation and drafting of trust documents and family partnerships. Experience in deceased estate administration, particularly complex estates, would be an asset.
