  • Have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Commercial Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Ideally, an awareness of the legal market relating to dispute resolution, IT, IP and Telecommunications.
  • Preferably, experience with Intellectual Property matters.
