About the Role

As a Landlord and Tenant Solicitor, you will:

  • Advise on commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, possession proceedings, and tenancy disputes
  • Manage your own caseload, working with a wide range of clients
  • Draft and negotiate tenancy agreements, licences, and related legal documents
  • Represent clients in court and tribunal hearings
  • Collaborate with partners and senior team members on complex cases
Candidate Profile: Required Skills & Experience
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
  • 2–4 years’ PQE with demonstrable experience in landlord and tenant law
  • Solid technical knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
  • Experience managing a full caseload in both residential and commercial property matters
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Strong communication and client management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Attributes
  • Previous experience in a City or leading regional firm
  • Experience with leasehold enfranchisement and complex possession proceedings
  • Working knowledge of property litigation
