This role offers extremely flexible hybrid working, allowing you to choose whether you work from home or the office, and which office you work from. Responsibilities
  • Managing complex contentious construction disputes, including PFI/PPP and project‑related cases
  • Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies and contractual matters
  • Handling a diverse caseload of significant claims, including adjudications, defect issues, and high‑value disputes
  • Engaging in business development activities to support team growth
  • Collaborating with multi‑office teams and external industry stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years PQE with strong contentious construction experience
  • Strong legal analysis, drafting, and client liaison skills
  • Ability to manage own workload efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to dispute resolution
  • Desirable: PFI/PPP experience, but not essential
  • Ambition to work within a high‑performing team and contribute to business development activities
