Job summary
A leading UK law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join its Private Real Estate team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, advise clients from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals, and handle various residential property transactions. Strong IT skills and experience with lender portals are essential. This role offers an opportunity for business development and supports junior team members effectively.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in residential property law.
- Experience with lender portals is necessary.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness are essential.
- IT skills must be confident and effective.
Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of residential property matters.
- Advise clients from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals.
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build work.
- Support junior team members when needed.
- Maintain excellent client communication.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and analyze residential property repair cases.
