I'm working with a respected regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (Newly Qualified +) to join its busy and growing Commercial Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ or junior solicitor to build strong technical experience within a supportive environment, handling high-quality work for a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers and owner-managed businesses.

The Role

You’ll be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, renewals and variations
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters
  • Supporting on development and investment work
  • Title investigation, due diligence and reporting
  • Managing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion
  • Direct client contact and involvement in business development activities
The Ideal Candidate
  • Newly Qualified solicitor or up to 3-4 years' PQE
  • Experience in commercial property gained during training or post-qualification
  • Strong drafting and technical skills
  • Commercial, client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to develop long-term within a firm
