Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of commercial property specialists.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, encouraging repeat and referral business.
• Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and business development initiatives.
• Oversee complex transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and re‑mortgages.

Skills / Requirements

• Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 Years PQE.
• Proven track record in team leadership and management.
• Strong business development skills, with ability to grow client relationships and revenue streams.
• Excellent technical knowledge of commercial property law and transaction processes.
