The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, a position within the Clinical Negligence department, based in either Leeds or York, has become available. These roles are offered on a hybrid working basis, with full-time positions preferred, though part-time applications will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within a collaborative mini-team structure, led by a Senior Associate or Director
- Assisting with complex and high-value clinical negligence claims
- Managing a personal caseload of lower complexity and value, suited to your experience
- Handling a broad range of clinical negligence matters, with ongoing mentoring and development opportunities
About You
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Trainee Solicitors nearing qualification and who have experience managing their own files. Experience in either Claimant or Defendant clinical negligence work will be considered.
