On behalf of our client, we are seeking a (NQ to 2 Years PQE) Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their growing Clinical Negligence Department. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or junior lawyer looking to develop expertise in this complex and highly rewarding area of law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims under supervision.
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions.
- Reviewing medical records and liaising with medical experts.
- Advising clients on legal issues and case progress.
- Attending settlement meetings, mediations, and court hearings where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 2 years PQE) or CILEX Lawyer.
- Experience in clinical negligence is preferred, but candidates with general litigation experience and a keen interest in medical negligence will also be considered.
- Strong analytical, research, and case management skills.
- Excellent communication and client care abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases.
