Job Description

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to front office and senior stakeholders, managing legal risk and supporting leveraged finance transactions across the EMEA region. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating syndicated loan documentation and ancillary agreements.
• Advising on structuring points, regulatory compliance, and market-standard documentation.
• Representing Legal on bank-wide projects and committees.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and occasionally supporting global offices on English law matters.
