Job summary

A global technology firm is seeking a Legal Counsel with at least 3 years of PQE. The role involves managing M&A activities, drafting commercial contracts, and providing corporate governance support. The Role
  • M&A and investment activity, including due diligence, transaction documentation, and post‑closing integration
  • Commercial contracts, drafting and negotiating agreements with suppliers, customers, and strategic partners
  • Corporate governance, assisting with board and shareholder matters across a multi‑jurisdictional group
  • Employment and HR support, providing pragmatic advice and liaising with local counsel as required
  • Opportunities to broaden your experience into areas such as intellectual property, data protection, and AI regulation
Ideal candidate
  • Qualified solicitor 3+ years’ PQE, ideally gained in top‑tier private practice or within a high‑growth in‑house environment
  • Strong grounding in corporate and commercial law, with demonstrable M&A experience
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced setting
