Qualifications

• 3-5+ years PQE as an Employment Solicitor or equivalent Legal Executive experience.
• Proven experience managing a diverse Employment Tribunal caseload.
• Strong IT capability, including proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing a mixed Employment Tribunal caseload.
• Providing day-to-day employment law and HR advice to clients.
• Drafting employment documentation, policies and contracts.
