Are you a Private Client Solicitor in Spelthorne, Surrey?

My client is a multi‑office, practice‑and‑award‑winning firm with an excellent reputation in the southwest London legal market.

The growing team you will join comprises 4 solicitors, 2 paralegals and support staff. It has an internal HR team and dedicated IT support to hand too alongside a strong senior management team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload covering wills, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, and estate administration
  • Provide comprehensive advice on trusts, their establishment, management, and adherence to tax regulations
  • Offer guidance on estate planning, including lifetime gifting, equity transfers, and associated tax considerations
Qualifications and Experience
  • Admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales with 2+ years of PQE
  • Ideally a STEP Member; the firm will fund your studies if you would like
  • Comprehensive experience in wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, and trust management in a UK law firm
  • Demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice with a client‑centric approach
