Salary £45,000 - £60,000

Our client, a leading and established Plymouth law firm, with an enviable reputation for high quality work are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to bolster their thriving team.

The firm have a strong presence in the region, working mainly with SMEs, providing a first class full service to all clients.

The successful candidate must possess the experience and ability to manage a caseload of a wide range of commercial property transactions to include secured lending, leases, landlord and tenant and buying and selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses.

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues. You will be encouraged to participate in networking events and have the ambition and desire to build your own clients over time.
