Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of civil and commercial disputes, including contract disputes, property matters, debt recovery, professional negligence, and contested probate
  • Advise clients from instruction through to resolution, including ADR and litigation
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective client solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
  • 1–6 years PQE in civil and commercial dispute resolution
  • Strong litigation experience and knowledge of CPR
  • Confident managing files independently
