Job summary
A respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy seeks a Senior / Associate Surveyor in Shrewsbury. In this role, you will manage valuations, lease negotiations, and client interactions. Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a respected multi disciplinary property consultancy in their search for a Senior / Associate Surveyor to join their Commercial Property team in Shrewsbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced property professional to take on a leading role within a growing business. Working alongside surveyors, planners, and architects, you’ll deliver expert advice to a varied client base and help drive the continued success of the commercial team.
As a Senior / Associate Surveyor, you’ll manage a diverse range of instructions, including valuations, disposals, lease advisory, and development appraisals. This is a hands on role offering autonomy, client interaction, and clear scope for progression.
- Undertake valuations for acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Provide advice on investment and development opportunities.
