A global consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Estates Management professional to oversee a diverse portfolio for a major retail client. As an Associate, you will manage the estate portfolio, ensuring effective property management and client satisfaction. Candidates should have a degree in Real Estate or Property Management and be MRICS qualified (or working towards). This role offers strong career development within a supportive environment.

As an Associate, you'll manage a significant estate portfolio, ensuring effective property management and strong client relationships. You'll act as the key link between landlords, tenants, and internal teams, ensuring compliance, performance, and client satisfaction.
