Qualifications

• RICS qualified (MRICS) with around 5 years’ PQE.
• Proven background in valuation, lease advisory or asset management.
• Strong understanding of commercial property law and landlord tenant matters.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially focused, proactive, and confident in business development.

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a respected multi disciplinary property consultancy in their search for a Senior / Associate Surveyor to join their Commercial Property team in Shrewsbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced property professional to take on a leading role within a growing business. Working alongside surveyors, planners, and architects, you’ll deliver expert advice to a varied client base and help drive the continued success of the commercial team.

The Role

As a Senior / Associate Surveyor, you’ll manage a diverse range of instructions, including valuations, disposals, lease advisory, and development appraisals. This is a hands on role offering autonomy, client interaction, and clear scope for progression.
