A leading automotive recruitment agency in Blandford Forum is seeking an experienced HGV Technician. This role offers a salary of up to £54,340, with potential OTE of £57,772. Responsibilities include servicing, repair, and maintenance of HGVs, with working hours Monday to Friday and 1-in-2 Saturday mornings. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have excellent mechanical knowledge.

- Servicing, repair and maintenance of HGVs.
- Conducting warranty repairs, to manufacturers guidelines.
- Completion of job sheets and documentation.
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department.
- Completion of MOT preparation.

Education
We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Commercial Garage based in Blandford Forum, Dorset.
The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £54,340 with OTE of circa £57,772, with working hours Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, plus 1-in-2 Saturday mornings.
- £18-£22 Per Hour (Depending on Experience) + Overtime
- Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm + 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings at 1.5x overtime rate
- Company which appreciates staff greatly
- Servicing, repair and maintenance of HGVs
- Conducting warranty repairs, to manufacturers guidelines
- Completion of job sheets and documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation
- Previous working experience within the role
- Experience within an independent or main dealer advisable
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
