A healthcare organization is seeking an Appointment Clerk for their Outpatient Departments, requiring strong communication skills and IT knowledge. The role is full-time at Conquest Hospital, with various shift hours and support through NHS benefits. The ideal candidate will be a team player able to work to strict deadlines. We are currently recruiting to our Outpatient Departments at ESHT, the post is for a Appointment Clerk for 37.5 hours per week. The successful applicant will be based at Conquest Hospital.
The trust is committed to supporting and developing their staff through apprenticeship programmes. If you do not have an NVQ you will be required to undertake a qualification as part of the apprenticeship scheme. The apprenticeship linked to the role is diploma in Business Administration level 2/3.
Hours include shifts of 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00 and 10:00-18:00 Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturday working 09:00-12:00.
