Overview

I am currently working with an Ofsted Good secondary school based in Newham, East London. They are currently in need of a Deputy Pastoral Lead.

Responsibilities

• Support the well-being of students and their families.
• Implement strategies to improve behaviour, welfare, and attendance.
• Collaborate with external services and provide support during challenging situations.
• Mentor and assist fellow staff members, with opportunities for personal growth and development.
