Job summary / Responsibilities

We are looking for Female Support Workers, to join our supported living home in Hemel Hempstead, supporting 1 woman to continue to live the happy and fulfilled life we all deserve. This woman loves to be active and enjoys yoga, dancing, and swimming, and goes for coffee and cake as part of a healthy balance. Daily duties include encouraging and empowering the woman to be engaged in every aspect of her daily life, being part of and present in the local community, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication, supporting with personal care and mobility assistance.

We welcome applicants whether you are new to support work or have supported people previously. We will provide all training needed to become an amazing Support Worker. This role is described as personally fulfilling and professionally rewarding.

Working hours

Shifts will be 8am - 10pm with a sleep in. There will also be a requirement for weekends and bank holidays.
