Are you a passionate and supportive Group Manager or Area Support Manager looking to move into your first Junior Operations Manager role within the contract catering sector? I am currently recruiting a Junior Operations Manager for a boutique Contract Caterer who have recently joined the market and are already challenging the status quo. The ideal Junior Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience:

• A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
• Strong knowledge in both staff dining and hospitality/ events
• Fantastic people management skills, with an ability to form relationships at all levels from junior staff to senior stakeholders/ clients
• Mobilisation experience
