The Role:

• Producing structural design calculations across a range of sectors and materials
• Taking the technical lead on projects and running multiple jobs simultaneously
• Overseeing drafting staff and coordinating the preparation of drawings and tender packagesCarrying out structural inspections, report writing and house surveys
• Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams to support successful delivery
• Mentoring junior staff within the office
• Exposure to diverse projects including fuel and energy sites, airports, commercial schemes and residential developments

The Person:

• Previous experience in a Senior/Principal Structural position
• Strong experience delivering projects across multiple sectors and using all common building materials
• Skilled in structural software packages (e.g., MasterSeries, AutoCAD)
• UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
