Job Description
Part-Time Interim Lawyer (1 Day per Week – Fully Remote)
12-Month Contract | Start : January 2026
We are working with a prestigious cultural institution with a long-established reputation for artistic excellence and national recognition. The organisation is seeking a part-time interim lawyer to provide ongoing commercial and employment law support to its in-house team.
This is a one-day-per-week engagement , offering full remote flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a highly respected UK brand. Any occasinal overflow work beyond the one quoted day will be compensated on an hourly rate.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts , including supplier, sponsorship, and services agreements.
- Advising on a variety of employment matters , including contracts, policies, employee relations, and engagement with external employment counsel.
- Providing pragmatic day-to-day legal support to senior management and operational teams.
- Managing external counsel relationships and ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery of advice.
- Supporting governance, compliance, and ad-hoc project requirements as needed.
