Job summary

A leading automotive marketplace in the UK is looking for a Revenue Operations & CRM Lead to optimise their HubSpot systems and drive sales processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence growth in a high-performing, remote team. The ideal candidate will have extensive HubSpot experience and strong project management skills, ready to implement new workflows, improve data flow, and enhance collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Service Hub fundamentals.
  • Confident designing, testing and maintaining efficient workflows and integrations.
  • Able to maintain clean datasets, run audits and implement governance frameworks.
  • Skilled at translating business needs into scalable, efficient processes inside HubSpot.
  • Able to create dashboards, analyse performance and tell stories with data.
  • Comfortable partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product and Support teams.
  • Capable of managing CRM improvement projects end-to-end and ensuring adoption.
  • Can break down technical or data-heavy topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Understands how CRM improvements drive revenue, conversion and cycle-time improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and optimising HubSpot to ensure clean, accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Defining and standardising sales processes across Auction and Marketplace teams.
  • Building dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into pipeline.
  • Delivering actionable insights through weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Ensuring clean lead flow and a joined-up customer journey.
  • Driving continuous improvement in CRM performance and HubSpot capability.
  • Managing change and governance, documenting every process.
  • Training and enabling sales teams on best-practice RevOps standards.
