A notable educational technology company is seeking a Salesforce Development Manager to lead a team of administrators. This role involves designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, optimizing business processes, and enhancing team collaboration. The ideal candidate has extensive Salesforce experience and strong leadership skills. This position supports a remote-first work environment, promoting flexibility and collaboration across locations.
The Salesforce Development Manager will lead a team of administrators, while owning the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This person will ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and alignment with business goals. This role also involves examining business requirements, designing solutions, coordinating cross-departmentally, and managing the Salesforce roadmap.
