- Responsible for managing a varied caseload of claimant personal injury and clinical negligence matters from inception through to completion. This includes preparing detailed budgets, drafting and negotiating costs schedules, composing points of reply, serving bills of costs, and ensuring timely and accurate case progression throughout the entire life cycle.
