We are seeking an experienced freelance Associate Director to support our HEOR team in delivering high-quality evidence to inform market access and pricing strategies. This role requires hands-on expertise in indirect treatment comparisons and the ability to provide actionable insights across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Lead HEOR analyses and contribute to value dossiers, including cost-effectiveness modelling, real-world evidence studies, and comparative effectiveness research
- Conduct and oversee indirect treatment comparisons (ITCs) and network meta-analyses to inform payer discussions and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Clinical teams to translate complex evidence into clear recommendations
- Support engagement with external stakeholders, including HTA bodies and payers
- Mentor junior HEOR staff on methodological approaches, where needed
- Advanced degree (PhD, MSc, PharmD, or equivalent) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
- 7+ years of HEOR experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Proven experience with indirect treatment comparisons and network meta-analyses
- Strong understanding of HTA requirements and market access processes across EU and/or global markets
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Flexible freelance engagement with exposure to high-impact global projects
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Competitive daily or hourly rate based on experience
