Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry as a Recruiter
- Experience with non-technical vacancies (marketing, affiliate, mediabuying, product, design)
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation)
- Proven experience in headhunting and active search techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking)
- Experience building and maintaining a talent pipeline for multiple roles and markets
- Ability to conduct and implement market salary analysis for various roles
- Strategic thinking and process improvement mindset
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process (search, selection, and headhunting of suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process)
- Build and maintain a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs using active recruitment methods
- Source both passive and active candidates through various channels
- Create and update attractive job descriptions (in collaboration with hiring managers)
- Work with recruitment tools
- Conduct regular salary analysis for open vacancies and other roles within the company
