Are you an experienced international sales professional with a thorough understanding of managing a network of distributors in Europe, looking to work for a growing original equipment manufacturer supplying a wide range of industries around the globe?

Are you seeking a role with direct impact on the growth of the distribution and sales of technical products in a European setting?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior management, managing the current European distributor network and onboarding new distributors across the continent as the business grows.

This is a key role within a business that is the global leader in the design and manufacture of motor control solutions, including energy-saving products, which are regarded internationally as pioneers in digital soft starter technology.

This would suit a results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology and international business who has a thorough understanding of the distributor network.

The role
  • Appointing and managing stocking distributors
  • Assist in the development, implementation and delivery of both long and short-term market plans with the Senior International Sales Manager to fulfil the sales team strategic objectives
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities in relation to specific end-users, distributors, consultants and industrial automation OEMs
  • Proven international sales experience with a track record of winning new business and achieving year-on-year growth
  • Experience selling technical products
  • Strong business acumen to understand industry trends and the commercial aspects of the business as part of a strategic selling approach
