Senior Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager - BESS

Remote with Nationwide and International Travel

Are you a seasoned O&M Manager with experience working on utility-scale renewable infrastructure, eager for an autonomous role where you can enhance your leadership career and contribute to prestigious BESS developments across the UK and Europe?

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee O&M activities on battery energy storage sites across the country
• Mentor engineers, organise schedules and call-out rotas
• Monitor site performance metrics and ensure H&S is adhered to
• Carry out some planned and reactive maintenance activities as a hands-on role
• Manage O&M activities on site, including supervision of engineers when on site
• Collaborate with clients/stakeholders as a technical liaison
• Travel nationwide and internationally; frequent travel and stayaways required

The Person

• Experienced O&M Manager
• Background working on utility-scale BESS or Solar PV systems
• Qualified in electrical / electro-mechanical discipline
• Full UK driving license
