We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our team in Coleshill/Birmingham. The successful candidate will be involved in planning, leading, organising and managing various aspects of the business across departments.

• Maintenance of the purchase order register


• Preparation of invoices


• Swab analysis recording


• Delivery documentation control


• Compilation and production of daily reports into an Excel worksheet


• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) recording and monitoring in Excel


• Ensuring all documents are filed correctly and are easily retrievable


• Reordering stationery as and when required and ensuring that stocks are adequate


• Ordering and allocation of uniform, work wear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)


• Ensuring sufficient stock levels of consumable warehouse items are available including undertaking a weekly stock check

• 1 + years experience within an administration/customer service type role


• Working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel


• Solid communication skills
