Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of school refurbishment projects
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and educational stakeholders
• Ensure health & safety and safeguarding standards are upheld at all times
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
• Handle contracts, documentation, and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts or Project Manager in the construction/refurbishment sector
• Experience working on school or educational premises is essential
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS
