A healthcare service provider in Birmingham is seeking a Call Centre Operative to handle patient calls and provide vital administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This role involves taking calls, recording information accurately, and chauffeur duties for clinicians. A clean driving licence is preferred, and candidates must be 25 or over with at least one year driving experience.

You will possess excellent communication and IT skills, with a professional telephone manner and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
