- Manage production schedules and stock levels with tolling partners.
- Coordinate volume requirements and raise purchase requisitions.
- Prepare and ship components to tollers and monitor order progress.
- Run regular calls with tollers and maintain MRP parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times).
- Prioritise tolling activities based on customer needs and business strategy.
- Act as point of contact for goods-in queries and coordinate sample processes.
- Extract and analyse SAP performance data for KPIs.
- Investigate warehouse stock errors and attend operational meetings.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and ISO standards.
- Coordinate disposal and documentation archiving processes.
- Support administrative tasks such as process order printing.
We're looking for a collaborative and organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with data to drive improvements. You should have:
- Degree or equivalent knowledge in supply chain or related field.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Background in procurement or stock control.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- CIPS/APICS qualifications desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.
