Working hours differ between 10am to 6:30pm and 7am to 3:30PM

- Heavy lifting/Manual handling
- Address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and staff.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and reports.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
