With a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, you'll play a key role in maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on desktop support and manage ticket queues
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Handle device deployment, user onboarding/offboarding, and mobile management
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams
• Champion a security-first mindset in all tasks

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A self-motivated, can-do attitude with a passion for learning
• Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with Apple iOS
