Were working with a long-standing Oxfordshire-based technology company thats looking for IT Support Engineers!

Youll be part of a close-knit team responsible for keeping business-critical systems running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys varied, practical work and takes pride in being the person people can depend on

What Youll Be Doing

• Providing deskside, hardware, and software support across Windows 10/11, O365, and Active Directory environments
• Monitoring and maintaining Windows servers, patching, and resolving alerts
• Troubleshooting user, network, and application issues
• Supporting AV, networking, and infrastructure hardware
• Shifts: 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off

Experience

• Background in IT support, deskside, or infrastructure support
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, O365, and Active Directory
• Confident working independently
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Able to work on-site in Oxford
