We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic IT department. This role is crucial for maintaining the security and efficiency of our company systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure environments, with a solid understanding of cybersecurity.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Security Maintenance:Uphold security standards and policies, enforcing best practices across the organisation.
  • Issue Resolution:Understand the root causes of issues and their impacts on users, proposing effective solutions.
  • Task Management:Manage, maintain, update, and action outstanding tasks within the IT department. Keep documentation such as manuals, logs, and registers up to date.
  • User Management:Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes for company systems.
  • Application Administration:Administer security settings and configurations for business applications on behalf of the IT department.
  • Meeting Participation:Attend regular meetings with key stakeholders, preparing notes and actionable items as required.
  • Audit Preparation:Ensure system conformity with policies and prepare materials for audits.
