Job description

The IT Support Engineer provides hands-on IT support across the EOS Singapore group of companies. The role focuses on keeping endpoints and meeting rooms operational, managing devices with Microsoft Intune, and handling identity/access tasks in Microsoft Entra ID, with exposure to basic server and network operations. You will also assist with small implementation projects and maintenance activities, delivering assigned tasks on time and within scope and budget.

Primary Duties
  • Configure and provide Tier 1–2 support to company laptops, workstations and servers of different operating systems such as Windows and Linux. Also to include support of video conferencing/meeting rooms (Teams/Zoom/Meet): perform weekly readiness checks, resolve live meeting issues, and coordinate vendor RMA where required.
  • Provision and manage endpoints via Microsoft Intune (Autopilot enrollment, configuration, and device health monitoring).
  • Perform identity and access tasks in Microsoft Entra ID (user/service account creation, changes and deprovisioning).
  • Assist and support HQ ICT Manager with IT implementation related projects.
  • Assist with network and security appliance configuration, maintenance and monitoring.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of EOS Cyber protection systems and processes.
  • Fixing issues with company laptops, workstations and server and carry out system patching, back
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle (procurement, deployment, transfers, retirements); manage spares/loaners. up services etc.
  • Work service tickets within defined SLAs; keep users informed and document fixes, how-tos and runbooks/KB articles.
  • Assist with small IT implementation projects/rollouts and scheduled after-hours maintenance on a rotation basis (with notice).
  • Other lawful duties specified by the reporting officer, HQ IT Manager and President as and when required.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimally, Diploma in computer science or related discipline with at least 4 years of related working experience.
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.
  • Experience working in defence industry preferred but not a must.
