Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Change Analyst to support business change projects throughout their lifecycle. The role involves project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in complex organizations and familiarity with UAT processes. This position offers long-term stability and exposure to a dynamic global environment.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of change governance, RAID management, and project documentation.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale rollouts and system implementations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key governance documentation.
- Coordinate and support UAT activities, workshops, and training.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.

Support the delivery of business and IT change projects across the full lifecycle - planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and maintain key governance documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder dashboards.
- Coordinate and support UAT activities, workshops, and stakeholder training to ensure smooth adoption of change.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
- Act as a bridge between project teams, operations, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective delivery.
Demonstrable experience as a Change Analyst within large, complex organisations.
Strong understanding of change governance, RAID management, CAB/TCAB processes, and project documentation.
Hands-on experience supporting large-scale rollouts, system implementations, or acquisitions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical and business teams. Familiarity with UAT planning, execution, and reporting.
- Experience within automotive, engineering, or other large-scale manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, Power BI).
