  • Content classification & metadata. Co-design and validate auto-classification, metadata standards, taxonomies/controlled vocabularies, and tagging workflows; ensure assets are accurately described and consistently enriched for downstream use.
  • Process mapping. Document current-state and future-state processes for ingestion, curation, enrichment, retrieval; Identify gaps, duplication, bottlenecks; define RACI, SLAs, and success measures.
  • Quality assurance. Define and operationalize information quality benchmarks and scorecards (e.g., completeness, consistency, currency, accessibility); partner with information owners and data governance teams on sampling plans and continual improvement.
  • Change & training. Support rollout of new IM practices and auto-classification capabilities (training materials, playbooks, UAT coordination, comms plans) to drive adoption within relevant business units.
  • Governance enablement. Align with information policies, privacy/records requirements, and security controls; ensure traceability from requirements to processes, controls, and KPIs.
