Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support for the factory during operational hours.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for IT-related issues.
  • Update, monitor, and troubleshoot factory IT systems, including databases and applications.
  • Manage and support user-facing MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
  • Ensure daily operation and troubleshooting of networks and systems.
  • Maintain clear documentation of troubleshooting processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to various IT projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in factory IT support or similar systems as a consultant or technician.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with network and database systems (SQL).
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems and applications.
  • Willingness and availability to work weekends (Saturday to Monday).
  • Basic SQL knowledge for database queries.
  • Experience with MES and WMS systems (eg, WAMAS, Lighthouse).
