Glebelands School
Glebelands School is a community secondary school for students between the ages of 11 and 16. We are part of Learning Partners Academy Trust and you will be joining us at an exciting stage in the school's development.
We are recruiting for a part-time DT Technician to join our successful school part time to start as soon as possible.
Working in our incredible DT department, you will be assisting teachers with the preparation of materials for Art, Textiles and DT and using the machinery within these departments. You will need to respond to departmental requests to prepare and deliver materials to lessons to ensure that students have the materials they require. You should have experience of using Microsoft Word and Outlook, be willing to [to] various equipment and experience of working in a school environment is desirable but not essential. You will need to be an organised and efficient colleague with the skills to manage your own time, priorities and deadlines.
If you have a good sense of humour, great communication skills and enjoy being part of a team we would be pleased to hear from you.
Grade LP5 starting at £28434 (full time equivalent) for 38.4 weeks (term time plus two INSET days). Actual salary for 15 hours, starting at £10,034 per annum.
