MCS Group is working with a global leader in industry as they look for 2 x .Net Developers to join them on temporary contracts. This is an urgent requirement and is ideal for a .Net Developer who is immediately available, or can be available at short notice.

As .Net Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of RESTful APIs while integrating with a range of third-party services.

You will work alongside a collaborative IT team, and will apply best practices such as Clean Architecture and CQRS to deliver robust, maintainable solutions that power business-critical systems.

You will design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.

This .Net Developer will also enhance existing APIs to meet evolving business needs.

You will integrate back-end systems with services such as DHL, Yooz, Salesforce, and others.

You will also contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and CI/CD pipelines.

This role requires solid proficiency in C# and .NET 8/9.

You will bring substantial hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API.

You will have a solid understanding of Entity Framework Core and relational databases.

Experience with RESTful API integrations and third-party services is also required, along with the ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

Experience with unit testing or TDD would also be nice-to-have.

• Salary: Competitive (paid as a rate per hour for the duration of the temporary contract)
• Location: Client is located in Ballymena, and on-site working is required (some flexibility available regarding working from home)
• Duration: 3 - 4 months initially
• Start Date: ASAP
