Job summary
A prominent national charity is seeking an HR Advisor specializing in redundancy and restructure processes. In this fully remote role, you will lead organizational changes with confidence, ensuring clarity and support throughout. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing complex HR situations and will also assist in broader HR advisory work. Immediate availability is essential for this temporary position lasting 2-3 months.

Location: Fully remote Salary: £20.85 per hr Type: 2 - 3 months temp
Are you an immediately available experienced HR professional with confident, hands‑on expertise in redundancies, restructures and consultation processes? Our client, a well‑established national charity, is seeking an HR Advisor who can step in and lead organisational change with assurance, accuracy and empathy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, values‑driven environment and brings the technical depth required to manage complex change from start to finish.
As HR Advisor, you will be the charity's go‑to specialist for organisational change. You'll lead on:
- End‑to‑end redundancy and restructure activity
- Individual and collective consultation
- Advising managers on selection, pooling, redeployment and process risks
- Producing all change‑related documentation and ensuring accurate HR system updates
- Assessing employment risk and providing pragmatic recommendations
- Supporting managers and staff through change with clarity and confidence
You’ll also contribute to broader HR advisory work, including ER guidance, recruitment support and induction, while keeping change processes as your primary focus.
