The Role

Salary: £27,000-£32,000 DOE + highly lucrative, no‑threshold commission. Location: Digbeth, Birmingham.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys the pace, challenge and reward of 360 recruitment — ideally with temp/contract experience in construction, engineering or a similar technical sector.

What you’ll be doing
  • Building new business and developing warm client relationships
  • Opening new sites with existing clients
  • Managing your own projects, workforce and desk
  • Working closely with candidates to ensure smooth placements
  • Growing your own revenue with full autonomy and support
